Our Rooms
Aspen House comprises of 22 flats of various sizes and layouts. Accommodation includes spacious 2 and 3 bedroomed flats, one bedroomed flats, studio flats, and 4 single ensuite rooms. Each flat or room is let in excellent and tasteful condition, with curtains, carpets, and occasionally white goods are included.
A typical one-bedroom flat comprises a lounge which is approximately 144 sq. ft., a bedroom of similar size, a small kitchenette and an en-suite shower and toilet. The one-bedroom flats are ideal for single people as are the studio flats and single rooms. Families can be accommodated in the larger 2 and 3 bedroomed flats.
